Joint Venture
We invite joint venture enquiries from land owners for a mutually beneficial proposal.
1. Initial Meeting & Property Visit
We invite joint venture enquiries from land owners of properties in Chennai city for developing their properties into apartment complex with maximum sharing ratio. We ensure that the proposal is win-win for both the land owner and new customers. Initially we visit the property and have discussion with the owners on details of the property.


2. planning
After obtaining the property details, we work with our architect and planning team on a proposal for the new building. Once, the feasibility is ascertained and draft plan is prepared, the proposal is presented and discussed with the customer.
3. AGREEMENT and initiation
Once the client agrees for the proposal presented by us, we enter into agreement with the land owner for proceeding with the new project and project initiation tasks are performed.


4. PLAN Approval and demolition
Once, the agreement is entered into the proposed plan is submitted to the government authorities. After the approval, the demolition activities if any, in case of old buildings present in the land is carried out.
5. construction activities
Once the demolition activities are completed, the project enters into construction phase. The initial tasks are laying a bore for water, constructing security room, rest room are carried out. The foundation laying work begins once the initial activities are completed and step by step implementation of activities as per project plan is carried out.


6. Implementation
Once the construction activities are carried out, the electricity connection, plumbing work and other allied activities are carried out to complete the building as per the proposal. Once the building is complete, completion certificate is obtained from the authorities. The handing over begins after all other common amenities are in place.
